O.K. I can't remember what assignments we were supposed to do when we got home. I was looking at blackboard, but I was confused about which ones we were supposed to do and which ones we didn't have to do. Can anyone help? if so please post a comment on my blog, thanks!!!
So school started this week, well inservice anyway. Tomorrow, the school year will officially begin and life will get back into a routine. At least I hope it will. For now I am just trying to finish these two intensive classes so I can start regular classes and not be too stressed.
Let me know how you all are doing, I miss the support system we had going.

Hi Erica - I believe we are supposed to do a "place based" slideshow, movie and story and do blogs each week until december something. Double check with everyone else. School is starting for the kids this Wednesday. I just got back from picking berries today - it was beautiful out there! It relaxed me for the week ahead but I am SORE!! Hope this helps
Nastasia is right--weekly blog entries until December and a place-based slide show in a blog entry at some point. Here is the text from an e-mail I sent to everyone a week or so ago. (If you didn't receive it, please let me know.)
"The "one blog a week" requirement will start week after next--that is, between Sunday Aug 26 and Sunday Sep 2, one blog entry will be due. The others will be due on subsequent Sundays--Sep 9, 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28, and Nov 4, 11, 18 (skip Thanksgiving week), and Dec 2 and 9. That's 13 entries all together. Of course, you don't need to wait until each Sunday to post to your blog--any time between Sundays will work."
Then there is also the place-based online storybook using Panraven. You can use the same images for both the blog slideshow and the online storybook, or you can use two different sets--your choice.
So--three things to do: weekly blog, blog slideshow, and Panraven story. The Blackboard site will be updated soon.

I'm glad you asked about the assignments, for I was somewhat confused too, I knew about the weekly blogs though. I hope I got it all clear now. I know what you mean about the support system we had, it was great. I think you did a beautiful job on your movie, the one on your niece. It shows how well you know your computer.
You're so motivated to finish the assignments for these intensive classes. I need to get going on mine. Well, talk to you again.
